2. Ordering and Customisation
Yes! We offer customisation options for most of our products. You can contact us with your specific requirements, and we’ll create a piece tailored to your needs.
Simply contact us through our website, email, or WhatsApp with your design requirements. Our team will guide you through the process and provide a quotation.
Custom orders typically take 2-6 weeks to manufacture depending on the complexity of the design. Delivery times vary based on location.
3. Shipping and Delivery
Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery timelines will be calculated based on your location and order.
All CasaGold furniture pieces are securely packed in customised wooden boxes with layers of protective materials like foam and bubble wrap to ensure safe transit.
White-glove services may be available in select locations upon request.
Yes. We can hold finished products for a mutually agreed period.
For international orders, customs duties and local taxes are borne by the customer as per the destination country’s regulations.
Yes. Tracking details are shared once the order is dispatched.
Shipping charges are included within India.
For international shipments, shipping charges are applied on actuals.
Delivery within India typically takes 7-10 days after dispatch, depending on the destination.
4. RETURNS, WARRANTY & COMPANY POLICIES
Since most products are made-to-order and customized, returns are not accepted unless there is a manufacturing defect or transit damage.
In the rare event of damage during transit, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery with photographs of the damage. We will assess the situation and provide a resolution.
Yes. CasaGold offers a 1-year back-to-base warranty on all products, covering
manufacturing defects and discoloration.
Structural issues and workmanship defects under normal residential use.
No. Once production has started, cancellations are not possible.

5. Product Care
Clean inlay furniture using a soft, dry cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasives. For brass accents, a small amount of brass cleaning wax can restore the shine.
Yes, use a vacuum cleaner with an upholstery attachment for regular cleaning. For stains, professional cleaning is recommended.

8.Product Knowledge: Bone Inlay & Mother of Pearl
Bone Inlay furniture has a matte texture with a naturally soft appearance. The bone surface carries subtle variations of off-white, yellowish, and greyish tones, which together give it an understated, classic character.
Mother of Pearl furniture, on the other hand, has a shiny, iridescent finish. The shell reflects light and shows shimmering white tones along with transparent brown, pearly highlights, giving it a richer and more luminous look.
Both are handcrafted and equally premium—the difference lies in texture, sheen, and natural colour play.
Yes. All bone used by CasaGold is ethically sourced. No animal is harmed or killed specifically for the purpose of inlay furniture.
No. CasaGold follows strict ethical sourcing practices. The bone used would otherwise be discarded and is responsibly repurposed through skilled craftsmanship.
The inlay surface itself is made on high-quality MDF, as inlay fragments cannot be pasted directly onto solid wood.
Underneath this MDF layer, the entire structure is solid wood, usually mango wood or other seasoned hardwoods.
This construction does not make the furniture fragile. On the contrary, these pieces are solid, heavy-weight, sturdy, and timeless, built to last for years.
Bone Inlay furniture is entirely handmade. Each individual piece of bone or shell is hand-cut, carefully placed, and finished by skilled artisans over several weeks. There is no mass production or automation involved. The cost reflects the time, skill, and craftsmanship, not just the material.
Yes. Since every piece is handcrafted, no two products are ever exactly the same. Minor variations are natural and are a sign of authenticity, not defects.
Yes. Natural bone and shell vary slightly in shade and texture. These variations are expected and are proof of real, handcrafted inlay work.
We use high-quality industrial-grade resin that is durable, stable, and securely holds the inlay pieces while providing a smooth, finished surface.
Finishes vary depending on the design. Bone inlay is typically matte to satin, while Mother of Pearl naturally appears glossier due to the shell. All finishes are refined and never artificially shiny.
Yes. Authentic inlay has depth, texture, and natural irregularities that can be felt and seen. Printed or machine-made imitations look flat, uniform, and lack the tactile quality of real inlay.
Yes. CasaGold uses genuine Mother of Pearl shells, not acrylic or synthetic substitutes.
No. Our furniture has no smell.
The bone is first treated and dipped in hydrogen, and all pieces are sealed with PU coating. This makes them completely sealed and smell-proof.
Yes. Custom sizing is one of CasaGold’s core strengths. We regularly customize furniture to fit exact space requirements.
Resin colours can be customized only from our available standard options. Resin is not paint or PU, so it cannot be matched exactly to shade cards.
Common options include blue, grey, indigo, green, black, brown, and similar standard tones.
No. Resin colours cannot be matched to Pantone or Benjamin Moore codes. The choice has to be made from our standard resin colour options.
Yes. We accept bespoke orders based on reference images, sketches, or concepts shared by you, subject to design feasibility.
Yes. Borders, centres, and pattern elements can be mixed and customized, provided the design remains technically and aesthetically balanced.
Yes. Customization involves additional design development, planning, and production effort, which is reflected in the pricing.
Typically 4–8 weeks, depending on the size, complexity, and detailing of the piece.
Yes. Final product photographs are shared for approval before dispatch.
Yes. Sample tiles or finish samples can be arranged for certain designs and colours, also depending on the order volume.
Yes. Knobs, handles, and legs can be customized based on availability and design suitability.
Yes. Options include gold, brass, black metal, or wooden legs, depending on the design.
Changes are possible only before production begins. Once production has started, changes may not be possible or may involve additional costs.
9. CARE, MAINTENANCE & DURABILITY
Use a soft, dry or slightly damp cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
It is water-resistant but not waterproof. Any spills should be wiped immediately.
You can place them, but it is always recommended to use coasters or trivets, just like with glass, wooden, or painted surfaces, to avoid heat marks.
With normal indoor use and proper care, the resin colour remains stable for years.
Prolonged direct sunlight should be avoided, as it may cause gradual colour changes over time.
No. Bone Inlay and Mother of Pearl furniture are not recommended for high-humidity areas like bathrooms.
Minor repairs can be done by skilled professionals. CasaGold can guide you on repair options if required.
No additional sealing or waxing is required. Regular gentle cleaning is sufficient.
Yes. Inlay furniture is solid, heavy, and built to last.
